Crust Pizza

What happened lately? This pizza used to be good for the price. The last 2 times I've ordered in the past 2 weeks I've noticed a more than significant decline in quality and quantity of the food. The "crust" is more like toasted bread and is just as thin. The toppings are of low quality and there's barely any on the pizza. I usually order the brownies too and even they have changed into a worse version that just feels like a downgrade. And they are still charging $25 for an extra large pizza? I don't think I'll be eating at this location of the franchise again unless the quality reverts or the prices are lowered to match the decline in product.

Really poor service from a young blonde girl, as I walked out the store i over heard her immediately talking negatively about me due to my dietary requirements. Can safely say I will not be back there even though I love the pizza very much and get it regularly.

Thought I’d try Crust again after taking a break for a few years after a bad experience, and it’s honestly gotten even worse. The pizzas were thin with little to no sauce, toppings or cheese. Not much flavour and cheesy garlic bread was delivered with half the cheese still hard and fallen off the bread. I only gave 2 stars because the regular garlic bread was good and food was delivered quick and still hot. But definitely not worth the high price for pizza and garlic bread, especially when families are experiencing hard times.

I have always loved Crust pizza but i am so disappointed by their opening hours, i wish they had the delivery time extended especially when its holiday time. Apart from that, still one of the best pizza

Order a large paneer masala pizza and hardly found any pieces of topping. Will not order from this store

Worst pizza ive eaten for a few years and thats saying something.just check out the attention to detail with cutting it into slices.jesus!
My advice, contact kitchen nightmares quickly.

In the evening, all the nearby stores were closed. I saw their stores and their employees, trying to ask if they could take orders. They were very friendly and gave me enough time to order, so that I could get my food in this cold night. One of my favorite stores.

Ordered peking duck pizza today, it was absolutely delicious. Would come back again. Han is very nice.

Ordered a takeaway on Friday night, the website said the wait time was 55 minutes, and I got a hot, fresh pizza at 50 minutes. Satisfaction will come again

I used to order pizza from that place in City and recently moved to Gungahlin and tried this place out. It's very nice and I would recommend it to people around me.

There are many vegan choices in this restaurant, including many new vegan choices recently. It can be seen that the restaurant has made great efforts in food development and provided me with more choices

The pizza is so fresh and the dough is so mushy and sometimes I go to the store and I can see the ingredients in the front and it's always fresh

I was surprised that this restaurant got so many bad reviews. When I went there, I was a vegetarian and the front girl introduced all the vegetarian options very carefully. You can try paneer Masala pizza. It's really good.

Horrible food. Horrible customer service. Staff are not trained properly and rude. There is a reason this place gets to many bad reveiws, its because its bad!

OMG I love this Pizza. Top quality ingredients. This is the only Pizza I can eat without getting indigestion. This was by no means cheap but it was worth every cent and one large pizza will feed about 4 people. I had my meal delivered and the driver was really nice. I got 3 Pizzas, a Caesar salad, chicken wings, garlic and cheese pizza, and fudge brownies. I tried some of everything. It was AWESOME!

Order a pizza at 5: 30 and get told 55 minutes. Call up at 7pm and be told they haven’t even made the pizza. Pizza gets delivered at 7: 15 and it is cold. Absolutely awful, stay away at all costs!

Pizza was hot and fresh, the dough had the right kind of chew you expect of Woodfired pizza.

Great customer service. I've had a few pizzas from here before the customer service is awesome. The pizzas are tasty. Fast service the pizzas were cook quickly. Overall good experience.
