Ben from Crawford's Mobile Computer Service is just fantastic. I am so glad that I gave him a call. He is just so helpful and really knows his stuff. Fixed ALL my problems with my computer and then also went and fixed our other computer at a different location even though I didn't have him booked in to do it. Nothing is too much trouble. Will definitely be calling Crawford's again in the future for any other problems that may arise. Thanks

My recent experience with Crawford's Mobile Computer Service was extremely satisfying. The technician arrived at the appointed time, efficiently carried out an assessment. The repairs included a new hard drive and my computer was delivered back to me in a little over 24 hours. No one could expect more. I rate Crawford's very highly.

This is the 2nd time I have used Crawford’s Computers at Greenway and have received the same very courteous service received on my first experience. However, this particular time, Crawford’s technician, Ryan, went above and beyond giving the usual service in trying to rejuvenate my laptop. Brilliant service from these tech savvy, pleasant and very knowledgeable guys - no gals that I saw! Determined to do their best for you and solve your probelm and you can trust them completely. What looked (to my inexpert eyes) like a fairly ugly problem with my desktop PC was sorted out quickly and professionally for a very reasonable price. I took the opportunity to get a couple of things added or upgraded, and the service doing those tasks was, again, quick and expert. I will recommend Crawford's Computers to family and friends.

I have used crawfords before and they have provided good service. This time, I was not happy with the service I received. I did try to reach out to Crawfords before writing this review and I sent an email to David, the owner. However, I received no response.

A technician came to my home, he was not able to fix the problem but still charged me over $200. This would have been ok because he did spend time trying to resolve the problem. However, he admitted that he know he would not have been able to fix the problem at the beginning of the appointment but he was stubborn and wanted to try. This is nice, except for the fact that I was paying to indulge him and I didn't even get close to having the issue resolved. If I had of known at the beginning that the chance of fixing the problem were very low, I would not have been ok for him to stay at my house for so long! I ended up having to purchase a new device and I could have used the money I wasted on Crawfords to go towards a new device. I would NOT recommend this company, especially if you have an obscure issue that is not easily resolved!

The reviews I read were proven to be excellent. The technician arrived on time, was most professional with sound advice and service delivered. The computer was fixed in a matter of minutes! I would recommend Crawford's Computers Greenway without any hesitation.
