Crace Medical Centre

Doctor was very good.but i got charge for long appointment i was just looked for standard appointment. When i try to explain that thing to receptionist she was rude and didnt wanna listen to me. According to her i spend 12 minutes and i timed the clock before going in it was not even 10 minutes. If they want to charge me for long appointments then i would want to spend some more time with gp discussing about the issue rather than just paying double for nothing.i have never experienced this kind of customer services in the health care sector. Where receptionist are this rude.

I have a bad experience with Crace medical in regards to standard appointment timing, literally when we saw doctor for less than 10 minute they said everytime you are just a minute over and they charged as a long consultation 43 dollar from our pocket. As a international student it’s really hard to pay 43 dollar everytime out of our pocket. Please everyone make sure you see the time when you enter the doctor consultation room. Otherwise you’ll end of paying extra money or gap amount according to them.

The receptionist, nurses, and Dr. Patrick at this clinic are all very respectful, polite, and attentive to patients. Every experience is satisfying.

Doctors are good, very worst costumer service, staff are mechanical like Robert, lost in the world of rules and regulations, didn't understand human sentiment

Dr Shirin is very good and care about her patient. She's always try her best to solve our problems.

Pathetic experience at this medical centre. Dr Pandey doesn’t know what to do with her patients and just sends people to Emergency Department without checking thoroughly.

There's nothing more to be desired from the services of Crace Medical Centre. Dr. Dora is not only a compassionate doctor but she listens attentively and doesn't make you feel rushed. Nurse Alicia's excellent approach to clients couldn't be left unnoticed as well. Alicia is the first Nurse ever who administers painless injection to me. More power to the staff of Crace Medical Centre!

I have never had a bad experience at Crace Medical Centre. Myself and my four children all see Dr Jani-Naik. She is one of the most caring and compassionate human beings I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I wouldn't take my family anywhere else.

Very very worst service, Rude receptionist. They charged money for wrong referral as well. This medical center is opened only for money not for the quality of the service.
Never recommend to anyone here.

I had an appointment few days ago but my family members who came back from india were covid positive that’s why I didn’t visit them, they charged me $40 for that, today I had an appointment there after waiting of 45-50mins, they were like you can leave if you want, poor service. Receptionist was very rude, their time matters but not ours. Will never visit them again.

Fantastic experience at Crace Medical Centre with helpful receptionists.
Our regular GP is Dr Lau who is amazing, he explains things clearly, always answers all our questions and we do not wait to long to be seen.

Dr Sonam is now my treating Dr. Very kind and attentive to my needs and concerns.

I do wish when requesting for documents I can hear back quicker though as it has now been 2 weeks since I have signed and completed the form. Without no updates on communication I had to chase it up myself.

Receptionist I spoke to (unsure on name) was rude when I asked about receipts and told me she didn’t know what she was doing and will figure it out later. Haven’t had the best experience with doctors there either, we always seemed to be rushed.nurses are great but everything else is pathetic. Not happy.

I had an appointment at 11am but didn’t get chance to meet Dr.till 11: 42 so I went to front desk and asked receptionist why I’m running late how far I am on queue? Receptionist named Sam…. Blamed to doctor saying that “she is running late. ” Later, I spoke to Dr.about it and came to know which was not the truth. She kept my name on queue only at 11: 44. Why didn’t you be true, respect someone’s schedule and time….

We had very bed experience yesterday with receptionists specially receptionist name start from M I don’t know exact name. She was very unprofessional, rude. We are your loyal customers from last 3 years this happened from last couple of time with same person. Otherwise Dr.sonam is such a nice and helping person I ever met in life. Please do consider because receptionists are face of your business should be more professional.

Booked a telehealth appointment for Saturday 24th December and was told that it would be bulk billed - after the Dr called I received a call to ask for payment - told them I was a pensioner with a positive COVID test and that I should be bulk billed as per discussion yesterday. Receptionist was rude and obstinate said that she spoke to the Dr but I don't think she did.

Very bad experience on their price calculation. Terrible doctor consider the symptoms of fever as a separate problem and charge more than standard. Consider the time even walk in to the hall.

It was such a bad experience with Dr Dora Shirin. I would not recommend anyone to see her. She was rushing to kick us rather than thinking about the patient and answering the answer instead told us to book another appointment.
“Waste of time and money”
Such a shame to call her a doctor.

Terrible doctor
My regular GP was not there and the receptionist asked me to see another doctor who was not only unprofessional but also incompetent to answer the patients. "I can't do it today. You need to book a longer appointment with your regular GP. " Why are there then?
Would not recommend her to anyone.
P. S.: Dr. Patrick is good at handling my case, he listens to the queries, goes through the reports, and answers accordingly.
