Seven is a fantastic hairdresser, he spent extra time styling my hair in a lovely way when I came in just for a cut. A very friendly and funny guy, will definitely be back.

The team have ALWAYS been wonderful. I’m in there every 5-6 weeks for a trim. I get my colour done here too. Excellent service for an excellent price. You always know what you’re going to get from them. Can’t recommend them
Enough! The massage chairs while getting your hair washed are a delightful touch!

I did my hair with kassya. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did her magic I loved it so much. She is amazing.

I had a haircut and mani pedi. The haircut was done beautifully by Seven, really recommend him. The manicure (shellac) I was not initially happy with what was done, but Seven saw this and completely transformed my nails. I really appreciate the care he gave, making sure that I was completely happy with my service. Absolutely recommend that you ask for Seven when you go!

My daughter who is 14 went in for a fringe cut. She was very excited and I was hoping that they would treat her special and offer her a drink as they offer complimentary drinks. At the salon, I asked if she could get a shampoo and blow dry, which they did. They didn’t offer her any refreshments and in the end charged us $79 for a fringe cut (no other cut or style to the hair) a shampoo and blow dry. What a rip off! Before you go find out if they have special prices for kids. Not worth it!

My hair cut was OK, but I was charged for shampoo and conditioner and blow dry, when all I had was a cut. I've had better $30 hair cuts, and I object to paying for services I didn't receive.

Absolutely lovely staff, very clean and professional. They did a fantastic job-will definitely be going back for all my waxings!

I hate leaving negative reviews, but I think customers deserve fair warning here. I had a keratin smoothing treatment, and wanted my long hair trimmed to a lob (long bob to my shoulders). Instead, I ended up with a very short bob, that sat terribly with my thick wavy hair. I didn't go back to the salon to have it fixed, as I thought there was a risk they'd make it even worse! After paying all that money for a smoothing treatment, I ended up with most of my smoothed hair cut off! They also gave me a shampoo to take home which had sulphates in it, which you're not supposed to use after a smoothing treatment. Pretty disappointing. Consider yourself warned!

I asked for a specific type of colour and cut the girl spent 2 minutes cutting my hair and said the cut was done she than basically proceeded go ignore the colour I was going for and do her own thing. She didn't have great customer service either. I went back to complain because the colour had washed out after the first shampoo. The second girl who did my hair called Emma who I think was an apprentice had such good customer service and was so polite the whole time. Sadly I still didn't get the look I was going for so will be finding another hair dresser but good job Emma on making me feel welcome the second time around.

I’ve gone to Cosmo Hair and Beauty for almost a year now to have a kerasilk treatment and cut. Everyone there is always so nice and welcoming. The stylists are friendly, professional and actually give you the result you are after. All of my treatments have been with Kane, and he is absolutely wonderful! He is so passionate about the work he does and really makes you feel looked after! Thank you for looking after me everytime Kane - you’re the best!

I’ve been coming to Cosmo for colours and cuts for the last year. After mentioning my daily struggles with my natural mixed girl hair texture (we’re talking super thick, 2B wavy that refuses to be tamed), the team suggested a Kerasilk treatment. Let me say that it has changed my whole relationship with my hair. It’s now amazingly manageable and looks so good all the time. It even air dries to my dream hair. Huge thanks to Kane and Seven for helping me achieve hair goals. The team at Cosmo are so professional, attentive and made the experience so much fun. I cannot recommend them enough!

Can not recommend the staff at Cosmo enough. My stylist Kane was professional and knowledgeable I walked out feeling a million bucks and he also provided many tips on after care during my consultation. His level of experience was awesome.

Had a colour and cut with Charmaine. Both were perfect and exactly what I asked for. My teenage son sees Kane at this salon and his hair is great everytime. Professional, friendly and reasonably priced for the level of skill and professionalism. Highly recommend.

The hairderesser, Jess was very good, but the girl who washed my hair took less than 5 mins to wash my hair and didn't evem bother to wet/shampoo/condition whole hair

Shari does excellent blondes - babylights and balayage and equally good cuts and styling. All the staff are exceptionally attentive and friendly and I’ve never had a bad experience in over 5 years of visiting the salon

Have been following Tony and Jenny, the owners, for past 20 plus years. Tony remains the best hair stylist I know. His advice on cut, colour, product and maintenance, is impeccable. Have had many colour consultants over the years; many, many colour combinations; varied beauty treatments; and never disappointed. The salon is modern and comfortable, with appointments running to time - and they make a superb cuppa - or glass of bubbly for special occasions! Just love my regular "Me Time" visits to Cosmo.
