Doctor Svitlana Saburova is a very attentive Doctor. Expect not to be treated as just a number. That means that you may need to wait longer. It is not an issue for me as I know that I will receive the best service. It is a 40 minute drive for me to get there and I still go to see Doctor Saburova as she is definitely worth it.

Fantastic doctor soburova.she gave fantastic advice for my sons health.heaps of thanks.she is so attentive and lovely.all long wait to see her worth it.as she gives a lot of time to see the patient.she is the best.

Waiting time to Dr. Svetlana Saburova is 2 hours! Minimum you should wait for 1 hour! I wasted my time! By my question why I was waiting for long time Dr saburova suggested me to find other doctor.
I waited for 2 hours for today and Dr didn't solve my problem and even she didn't want to help me saying she did everything. When I asked her to provide much information in details for pediatric centre (because they requested it) saburova refused doing it and said to me bringing forms to reception but I asked her doing it by self because I had it done twice before and no result. I asked her to keep the situation under her supervision and only after it she brought my referral form to reception. She spends 20-30 minutes on each patient but she spended only 3 minutes on me saying others are waiting. I was in shock. My daughter needs a help but saburova doesn't care about her and about my requests. I asked her to contact with pediatrics in order to find out what exactly they need to. She refused doing it and told me she hadn't wanted to waste her time on me. It's unacceptable. This is against of health care code of ethics. And one important note: she suggested me to go to a private doctor with my daughter.

I am really happy with this Surgery. I am seeing Doctor Saburova and she is a total gem. She is very thorough and attentive. Reception staff is very courteous. Highly recommend this clinic.

Waited for over an hour after arriving with plenty of time for appointment. Was told there were 4 people still in front of us. Gave up in disgust and went elsewhere. Why bother even taking appointments if you can't keep them or even get within HOURS of the arranged time?

Lovely receptionist, doctor was great would recommend. Been there a few times and it has always been great.

It is what it is. It's got a dentist, medical centre, and a capital pathology. It's near plenty of other takeaway shops nearby so if you're hanging for some food after fasting for a blood test or something you can quickly find something to hammer down and get on with your day.

Rude and unprofessional receptionist. We had to briefly discuss our prescriptions (prescribed for our child) over the phone, but this rude woman refused to connect us to our GP. No message had been accepted too. Her only interest was to charge us $80 for this brief call. It is worth mentioning that our GP who examined our child yesterday recommended to call her directly to discuss any side effects—good advice but not with this receptionist. I would recommend the owners to discuss her attitudes to customers.

This is one of the best GP practices in ACT! Drs, nurses and staff are very professional and helpful.my partner saw Dr SS 2 month ago, she was so professional, explaining everything clearly and gave her options with good explanations of each option. Communication was super and clear. This Dr cares about her patients and she is really good. Highly recommend Conder Surgery and Dr SS.

Terrible place. Extremely rude and lying reception. They are never on time no matter what and never think about patient health, but about maximising their profit from countless and useless appointments. Avoid.

Very Happy with the level of care and professionalism I recieve at this practise, sometimes there is a wait for your appointment but I know it's because the doctor's give 110% with each patient and I'll recieve the same care during my appointment.

After having such amazing care given to my daughter by Dr. Naveena I will never go anywhere else. Myself and my husband have both seen other doctors and have been impressed every time. Always greeted by the friendly staff at reception and never had a long wait. Nurse Dot was fantastic giving my daughter her needles, even pretending to give her toy a shot to make her feel more comfortable.

Very poor service always wait very long. Docters rush you out the door. Always stuffing up the dates and times of my appointments. Very angry with this docters.

I am really disappointed in the level of care or lack of care I received today. The Dr running 1 hour behind time (which can be expected from time to time). Then when I was seen she did not examine me just handed me a script. A 2 minute appointment, no examination and no initial testing. It could have been potentially a dangerous medical situation but no care was given.

The doctors and nurses are excellent and very friendly. Receptionists are more proactive and friendly than in the past.
