Genuinely the WORST banking experience of my life. I waited over an hour and a half to even speak to someone and the absolute disdain and derision that my question was met with was disgraceful. I understand that you're busy, but don't speak to your customers like they're an inconvenience and collectively stupid. The Branch Manager was the biggest culprit, telling people that they should just go away and come back another day. They served customers out of order, the bank itself is hotter than a sauna and the floors look like they've never met a vacuum. As somone who was looking to get their first product w CBA, I can confidently say I'm better off going ANYWHERE else.

Excellent service - went far and beyond what was asked for, particularly at a busy time of day. All staff were assisting ' older ' customers and doing a great job.

Sapana was amazing! She helped us through a complex issue and resolved all our queries which saved us hours on the phone and the need to come back to a branch.
Tip - make an appointment!

Despite its smaller location, I found the service to be still top notch. Especially dealing in a sensitive matter relating to a deceased relative. They have made the process and assistance easier in the difficult time we faced. They have not once pushed us away, they've instead assisted us in the calls we needed to make that was within their business in our stead.

Worst service ever. Tried reporting fraud and they still had the audacity to charge me a transaction fee.

Rude under qualified staff. Comm bank has walked away for service and convenience for their customers.

The floor attendant for some reason decided to skip me and help the person behind me in the line adding another 20 minutes to my wait. This was extremely inconsiderate and frustrating given that I went during a work day.

Great bank, good location and all the services you need. The bouncer (concierge) standing inside the door helping with enquiries is a nice touch but can be a little in your face walking in.

Went especially use the inside ATM on Saturday to deposit a cheque and machine told me 'cheque invalid' really? I followed the instructions making sure it was inserted correctly. I tried multiple times and didn't like it. I don't think I'd be receiving a fake cheque from a reputable company? This cheque is real. Will go elsewhere. Rating for this ATM is actually zero.

Staff are untrained in their own products and services they offer. Indifferent and unhelpful except for few.

The concierge and team at the Tuggeranong branch are always awesome. So friendly, attentive and helpful despite the time of day. Keep it up!

Map is saying that it’s open until 1pm on Saturday, but at 12: 30pm they were closed. Ridiculous people!

The teller working today was very friendly and helpful in gaining a bank cheque. Thank you for being so kind.

Great staff, Great people on the ground, terrible head office management.
I've relied on Comm Bank to support the community and reflect its views, but it has failed me. Investment in pointless coal projects is not what I expect from such a respected establishment and it has me very dissapointed.

Disaster since the location got changed. I have been using this bank for many years now. It used to be really good bank and fantastic customer service. However last few times it feels like a total chaos. Only one teller most of the time with long queues. Feels more like fish market than a bank. Total chaos.
