City Edge Cafe

I ordered catering with City Edge, however I received no response other than the fact my order was confirmed. I actually followed up 3 more times and still didn't get an email back from City Edge. I called them and no one picked up, and when I texted the number after they texted me I got no response either. Super disappointing and made me organising an event so much more stressful.

Amazing, friendly customer service and allowed us to order breakfast 20mins after the end of breakfast service.

Shannon and his team go out of their way for our workplace (MEJ) all the time. The quality of his food and the kindness that comes for free is always appreciated. We often need large orders at short notice and it is never too much trouble, thank you City Edge!

Just dropped in for a coffee before a meeting. Coffee was great but the service from the gentleman behind the counter was phenomenal. I did not get his name but it was the friendliest and most personable interaction I've had with someone working in hospitality for a long time. Definitely drop in if you're nearby.

Disappointing, I have eaten there quite a few times previously. At the time menu was limited due to stock not being replenish over Christmas. My niece wanted fruit salad limited fruit available. Staff were helpful. I won't be going back, sorry.

Great food and absolutely wonderful staff, always lovely and amiable. I have moved away from Canberra now and I miss my morning chai latte and the friendly service. Highly recommend.

Good coffee and fast service. Hard to find a quiet table though, everything is along the walkway.

Provided a great tradie breakfast, professional staff, perfect coffee every time.
Ask for the director's table for a 5 star treatment.

There's usually a really lovely lady behind the counter here, they need her back ASAP because the man behind the counter at lunch time yesterday was just plain rude. No customer service whatsoever.
Asked my colleague and I to leave because my friend had just bought in her own fruit salad and put it on the table and he refused to serve me even though I was there to buy lunch for both of us?
Ended up going over to Psychedeli 2 buildings over and took the fruit salad with us AND bought lunch there with absolutely NO ISSUES.
I know where I'll be going from now on:)

For a Cafe, this place makes some good food. Had the chicken burger and it was comparable to restaurants' burgers. Was fresh and tasty. The chicken salad is good too.

Fantastic service. Very good coffee n food. Frindly staff and very attentive. It's my everyday venue for coffee.

My favourite place to eat. Staff is very fast and efficient, customer service unparalleled, food delish. Best pasta Carbonara or beef burgers in town.

I enjoy going to this cafe as Shannon and his team are always friendly, helpful and smiling. As a regular, they remember my name and how I have my coffee. There is a range of good food and cakes available. My favourite is their freshly baked meat pies - they are delicious and are among the best pies in Canberra.

Shannon and his team are fantastic when it comes to support when I am catering a corporate event. There are wide variety of options, which make things much easier when catering these days as people having so many food preferences. I know if there are any last minute issues, I can rely on him and his team to add extra sandwiches or utensil if I have forgotten something. I am confident when I recommend City Edge to others.

Great eam of friendly staff and by far the best pies in Canberra. Egg and bacon rolls are top notch. Looking forward to their take on southern fried chicken!
