Chong Co Thai Restaurant Greenway

Has always been a favourite, unfortunately this time (I live upstairs and was told only ten minutes to pick up) I collect my order on time walked the 2mins to my place and the springs rolls were only warm.
I had to microwave my meal to an eatable heat.

Our favourite Thai restaurant in Tuggeranong. Our favourites are the curry puffs, the Penang curry and the green curry. But we’ve loved every dish that we have ordered!

Good service, tasty food and a reasonable price.
Having lived in Thailand for a few years, I am not disappointed with the authenticity of the food. They will spice it to your taste.

I’m not understand, I’m pay a bit expensive for the drink (Thai milk tea) I alway get little bit only! Please don’t exploit with customer.

That's not Thai.

Pad Thai with bland sweet sauce, noodles with little veg a few peanuts and a few bean sprouts. Barramundi? Bararm? With a chicken tonight style sweet and sour sauce.

Missing the light crisp flavours. Too much like chain Chinese take away.

I'll stick with Thai som tum in Lanyon.

Worst Thai food I have had in all of Australia. Tables were dirty and smelly. Staff were confused. Pad Thai was eggy and sour, I feel sick as I'm writing. I think I'm permanently put off Thai!

The food was not all the authentic things we love about Thai, fresh ingredients. It tasted like a packet or jars of sweet sauce in both dishes.
We have tried this restaurant a few times on and off.
We will stick with our local tasty fresh Thai Restaurant at Condor.

First time to visit here lovely atmosphere clean restaurant. Food was really nice staff were friendly will be back.

It's a shame they removed our favorite dish off the menu - lemongrass stir fry. Recommend the crab and massaman.

Food is good. One staff, who is generally at the counter nearly yelled at me today. She is generally at the counter. This is not the first time i have experienced the same with her. There are some other really nice staff in this place though.

We went to this restaurant regularly when they opened. Decided to try it for lunch last week. The stir fry vegetables were grey in colour. The other meals were terribly small and lacking in flavour. Not going back.

What a different experience. The food was great! The service was not! We arrived just before 8.00 pm, were told we needed to order before 9. We ordered immediately and the food came out quickly. In the middle of our meal, the lights were turned on, music turned off and the wait staff started cleaning around us. The bill was banged down on our table at 8.45 without any comment to us. No offer of coffee or dessert. And then were charged $5.50 more than was on the bill. We were basically forced out.well before closing time. As much as we enjoyed the food, we will definitely not be going back. Rude is an understatement

Rude rude rude lady on the phone who has no interest in taking food orders. Pad Thai was miserable, service was horrible. What a waste of money, time and energy

Placed an order over the phone for takeaway. At least be nice. The lady who took the order was rude. Secondly when I went to pick it up the way she said the food is not ready, really I paid for that meal atleast be nice.
Poor service. Next time won’t order from there atall

We visited the Tuggeranong venue on Sunday for lunch. Venue is very nice, food was lovely and service great. Will be back!

Food is great, service is disappointing.
I arrived to collect my order at the time they told me to arrive, only to be told that they gave my order to someone else (along with my details and contact information on the receipt!). They even made it seem like it was my fault.
Stupidly thought they might throw in a peace offering, but I wasn't even given an apology!
Would have been 5 stars based in the food alone

Service was quietly efficient. Food and drinks arrived quickly and quality was excellent. Prices were fair and very competitive. Booking online was a breeze.
Highly recommended.

The food is always good and delivered timely.

Great choice.   Not a lot of parking close. So a bit of a walk.

Staff were friendly.

The area is really picking up with lots of restaurants to choose from.

I think this is the Thai in the area.

So if you want Thai this is the place for you.

There are other better restaurants if you are happy with something other than Thi.

My favourite are the spring roles and the pad Thai.

Ordered takeaway for mothers day. Unfortunately not sure if chef was off for the night or what was wrong. Very, very disappointing. Quality was less than food court standard. More sauces than food. Dishes felt like they had had been rushed out. Crab was OK, followed by fried rice. But chicken and vegetarian dishes fail.

Always pleasant staff. Not very attentive but friendly. Food is pretty good. All the time ordering Chong Co for take, it’s never been been an issue.
I only have to give 3 stars due to not splitting bills. How can a restaurant still not split bills! What an inconvenience to your customers! For this reason I will no longer book a table of multiple parties. Rather just book somewhere else that spilt bills.

Please start splitting bills!
