I was bought the incorrect order and waited a long time for the food. When I finally got the food it was oily and Dissapointing after waiting so long.

Lady that works Saturday night front counter has the absolute worst customer service. Will never eat here again. Please take her through basic training or find her another industry to work in

The quality of food from ChongCo really waxes and wanes over periods of months. We've just finished a really good six months of very high-quality food, but today's beef Massaman was absolutely disgusting – it's like somebody accidentally put all the fat trimmings in my meal instead of the actual meat. We've noticed other issues too, such as getting very hot chilli when you order mild, and the Thai beef salad is now ridiculously tiny. It looks like we're entering another bad phase for Chong Co.

These guys have *really* gotten their act together. Now just about every time we order their food we're stunned that it's somehow gotten even better. The flavours, preparation, care, it's all been consistently excellent for the last few months!

Last night's Thai Beef Salad was awful. The meat was old and had that turning-rancid taste, and the meal was thrown together with little care (enormous leaves of lettuce, enormous chunk of meat. I think they were busy last night and the chef was trying to speed things up by putting stuff in whole instead of slicing it up properly.)

Having said that, ChongCo are usually fantastic - terrific flavours and generally very well executed. But every so often I get an awful meal from them. Maybe they don't supervise new chefs properly?

Chong Co Thai is a Good Thai franchise restaurant that is located on the west end of Westfield Belconnen, outside that mall.

They serve good quality meals and drinks that are tasty and well with good flavour. The green papaya salad with soft shell crab is worthy of note, as well as the Thai basil pork belly.

This is a large restaurant so there is plenty of seating inside and out. They are happy with bookings for large groups.

Parking can be found at the Westfield mall.

The app does not allow to order rice for the table and is very unclear that the $5 charge for rice is a very small bowl. We asked for a bucket and was then charged a further $20 for rice. 10% of our bill including alcohol was spent on rice! $35 for the equivalent of five cups of rice is RIDICULOUS
Never coming back

Have been to this place on more than one occasion in the past, however the standard of food has been on the declining end. Maybe on this particular night the chefs were having a hard time or what, but the food that was ordered tasted reheated, dryed out and rancid - do not touch the lamb shank. Was also given dried out portions of steamed rice which were not fond of.

Couldn't stand to continue, tried to speak to staff about it who couldn't understand and brought up the bill instead.

I won't be returning any time soon to the belconnen restaurant of Chong Co.

Food was very yummy. They had the sticky rice and mango dessert which was delicious. Great service too.

Generous serves of delicious Thai food, and the service was fast! Great place, can see why it was so full.

Had dinner there tonight with a friend. I am disabled & use a small mobility scooter. I'm not great at driving it & was having trouble getting out. Several staff immediately raced over to help me. The food was lovely too.

Went there after work with some friends. We had a very good experience, Loved it! The ambiance was really beautiful, it had a peaceful vibe. We ordered bunch of dishes and everything tasted so good. The food portion we got for the price we paid was alright. We got mocktails for $10 and it tasted fresh and delicious. The customer service was good. Overall we had a nice evening. If you are around belconnen try this restaurant out, you wont regret it! Definitely visiting again.

The best Thai in Canberra! The quality of service, food and the ambience is always top notch. Whether you love to dine in or takeaway at this place, they deliver the best. The interiors are fabulous as well.

My mother had made an order online with MENULOG for an order to be picked up to OUR home. She unfortunately selected the wrong address because of added stress from her recent move. I went to pick up the order at Belconnen, not knowing that it was sent to the wrong address. MENULOG have since refused a refund and the customer service I received was "Nothing I can do".
So I'm not going to make an order from this restaurant based on how I was treated, no refund or compromise was given.
My mother has since lost $70 due to the online order being accidentally SENT TO THE WRONG LOCATION.

Utterly furious.

The food and service are amazing! Rice was refillable, staff was very nice, and wait was not long at all.

Items from the chefs recommended menu is super good. We got soft shell crab, pork rib and lamb curry. All were delish, with soft shell crab being super amazing.

Excellent food plus lovely dining ambient, my favourite Thai restaurant in Canberra! Curries are the best dishes. Must try! Will continue to support them during this pandemic by taking away or delivery

I am yet to come across a menu item that I don't love.however, it's hard to explore the menu when I'm obsessed with the soft shell crab and pad Thai

Very poor service tonight. Cold and not pleasant to dine comfortably.
I love the food though.

Friendly staff. Quick service. Delicious freshly made dishes. Wonderful satay chicken kebabs. Vegetables perfectly cooked. Clean restaurant.

Ordered Mossman and got a large piece of meat attached by fat and grizzle. Sauce was ok but ended up having to give almost half the meat to the dog.very disappointed for the price.

Loved the food here! Authentic thai and best part is they provide option for people who do not like spicy food! The papaya salad with soft shell crab, griled chicken, pad see ew noodles, thai fried rice, beef in black bean sauce and kana moo grob were well worth the price as the taste is excellent! We were fully satisfied and felt good after eating here. Definitely coming back here:)

Shocking Roti! Ordered 8 pcs and they were all very soggy, wet, and oily. I could've squeezed enough oil out of them for a stir fry.
