Called to book a pre-purchase inspection this week. Russell was extremely helpful on the phone and happy to spend some time over two different calls giving advice that ultimately led to me avoiding the car I was thinking of buying. Very grateful for his help. I used to get my old Jetta serviced here years ago - glad to see they're still an excellent shop.

Great Service and work done on vehicle. Everything well explained and quality parts and fluids used - OEM or better. Fuschs, Sachs, and more. Reasonably priced and all parts and repairs are to your approval.

A short walk to Belconnen mall for busses or to burn some time whilst your vehicle is being serviced.

Staff are friendly and very helpful. They will service every vehicle in the Volkswagen group - VW, Skoda, Audi, Porsche.

These guys know their stuff. They are proactive in fixing things at the early signs before your vehicle leaves you standing on the side of the road.

These guys know VW like nobody else in Canberra. If you hate putting up with the dealerships, and all the other mechanics you've tried hate working on your VW, this place will solve your problems!

Just bought a second hand Tiguan and was having engine trouble with the engine spluttering on acceleration. Rang these guys and they were able to check it on the day in the afternoon. Dropped the car off and came back half hour later and they had repaired the issue and the car is running perfect. Good price also.

Honestly one of the most professional and friendly car service centres I've ever been to. A long running issue with my car was fixed very quickly and efficiently and to a high standard. The cost was also very reasonable. I'd highly recommend Canberra VW Centre.

I've used these guys many times, then sold my Audi. Recently bought another one and without them knowing me just had a ten minute discussion about my B8 S4 transmission and launch control/tune options. Super knowledgable and friendly. This business does not support the work done by them and there is always some follow up jobs to be done after every visit to their business

Excellent service! Despite their busy schedule, they made time and went above and beyond to diagnose my golf with parking sensor issues, although it couldn’t be fixed by them as it involves electronics stuff which they don’t really do, but they give me some solid advice. They didn’t even charge me for the time and effort spent assisting me. Will definitely go back for my next service!

Top people to deal with. Don't go near the dealerships, just go to the experts with a family business feel.

When I visit mechanics I don't let on that I'm a car enthusiast and mechanically minded - I could tell the team here are very good at what they do and don't try and take advantage. Didn't even charge me for adjusting my gear-lever cable. Will be using them from now on for my VW.

Service and pricing was great and would go back for sure but they were ordering me a part for my golf and said it would be two weeks, two months and a couple of reminder calls later and I haven’t heard from them. Might have to get my exhaust temperature sensor somewhere else!
