One of the worst service ever.
Pls do not bother to come and waste your money,
Where the staff is in hurry to finish up the procedure.
Super rude staff.
Just took the money and no service.

I received a refferal from my doctor to contact Canberra imaging.
I messaged Canberra imaging numerous times through their online booking "request" portal as the wait times over the phone were excessive. I didn't get a response for over 3 days now, so I went to different company and instantly had a booking for the next day. My injury is in urgent need of assessment and Canberra imaging failed me. I suggest Canberra imaging hire some more staff and get serious as peoples health is on the line.

Worst place to go to unfortunately.had a lady do an internal ultrasound on myself and my baby and was rough and made some comments about myself and my partners age and being young parents as well as criticising my job.very uncomfortable situation especially with her making comments, wasn’t an enjoyable time to see our baby for the first time.

Absolutely disgraced that my Dad was booked in for an ultrasound for a suspected hernia. He had suffered a stroke a couple of months before so it was quite urgent to get this looked at. Turned up to the appnt in the afternoon only to be told he had been booked incorrectly as there was no Dr on duty to perform this. Not only did I have to take the afternoon off from my work which has cost me but my poor Dad had to fast for 6 hrs, wait 2 weeks for this incompetent booked in appnt but now has to wait another 3 weeks to get this ultrasound when it shouldn't have been stuffed up in the first place. Extremely disappointed. I'd go elsewhere.

Absolutely ridiculous, trying for 2 days to make an appointment online and by phone.no result

Didn't get there. Got so sick of the pre-recorded, and somewhat dated, pre-contact announcement that I hung up and went to an alternative provider.

I went into the clinic today. I was so happy with the staff. They were so friendly. Covid safe and really helpful.

Due to groin pain I was referred for an ultrasound, as I had a femoral hernia 4 years ago. 2 women did the ultrasound, the 2nd one who was the senior was very rough and hurt me with the pressure. I had bruising within 2 days and was sore. They diagnosed another femoral hernia, which is the type that requires surgery as it doesn't resolve itself. I was referred to a specialist, who couldn't see the femoral hernia on the images, so he requested a CT scan ($588). The CT scan showed nothing at all as the specialist suspected. Had they diagnosed correctly I wouldn't have had to pay for 2 specialist visits and a CT scan (which I had at another medical imaging group). The report did not suggest there could be a femoral hernia, it stated there was one and gave details of measurements. I won't be returning here for any future imaging referrals.
