Bad customer service. When I asked for another plate to share a toastie with mum, I was told no, that's not possible. Although I also ordered another coffee and croissant for my husband who was joining us in 10 minutes. Plenty of cafes around who will give me better customer service.

Coffee was ok, service was average. The lady working there was not that approachable. Said hello but walked away without taking my order. Barista took my order & coffee was nice but not strong enough for a double shot latte.
Lady served my coffee, walked pass & ran into my chair. No apologies whatsoever & just walked off. So won’t be returning for average service.

I had the lasagna and my wife had the salmon, looking at others burgers and other meals coming out before going in I thought I was in for a treat. My wife salmon was good, however my lasagna honestly probably one of the worst I’ve ever had. It was like a lasagna from the frozen aisle of Woolworths or coles. Even then I would probably prefer one of those. It is a bit pricey. If I go back I would try a burger but not sure if it’s worth it.

Love the coffee and the lovely lady who is so friendly and goes the extra mile to look after us.

I’ve never felt so harassed by a coffee shop anywhere as I was this morning at this place. Obviously they were busy but to check on my progress 3 times within the space of about 5 minutes was over the top. The final straw was when they then referred three people to stand in front of the table to await my finishing. My whole coffee experience would have been no more than 15 minutes from the time of delivery to my leaving. When I politely went to the counter to complain I was cursorily dismissed.

Our favourite cafe in Tuggeranong. Staff always friendly and welcoming, food is wholesome and tasty, and coffee always great.

Had the big breakfast this morning. Tasted great, well presented and great value for money. Well done boys! Will be visiting again.

The food and coffee was nice and hot, however, I had the chicken schnitzel and it was like eating an old boot, should've come with a steak knife.

Great staff, great owner, great coffee. The atmosphere is cozy and nice, certainly my absolute favorite go-to spot as a local. I’ve gone here every day for the past 6months, every single cup of coffee hits the spot.

How normal cafe was shut so came across this cafe. Wow. Won me over. Will be back and recommend. Food fantastic and service friendly. Little busy but very quick and prompt service. A hidden gem.

Nice sandwiches. Reasonable selection on the menu. Pity they don't know the way to serve instead of reaching in front of people.

Friendly staff, great coffee & food. There lamb fry is like homemade (if you are needing some iron).

Food is awesome prices are excellent. Better than any franchise cafe I know.

No chairs or tables available all the time and suddenly I found a table for 2 even we are 3 but I want to understand. 5 star service fast with tasty berries and flatwhite the tasty one with nice thick foam I recommend daily or weekly happy visit

Really good food, great service and were very flexible with the menu choice.if you want halal option, please give them a call a day in advance and they can provide halal optiona too.highly recommend it.

Brilliant coffee. Brilliant food and brialliant customer service. Always open on public holidays.

Definitely the pick of the bunch in Tuggers. ONA beans, La Marzocco machine, friendly staff, quick service. Seems like a few regulars attend which makes for a good atmosphere. Can't comment on food as I only consume coffee - looks like standard cafe fare.

Amazing food, very attentive and friendly service. Best coffee I've had in Canberra so far and the temperature and was perfect, I will definitely go back again

Staff not particularly friendly at all! Made a mistake with my coffee & no apologies. Ordered a HCT croissant & it was still cold inside. Coffee was ok though. Can get better elsewhere. A shame because the old owners did so much better!
