Caffe Cherry Beans

Very unimpressed with my visit today. I normally love CCB, because the food is great and the service is amazing, but there must have been a recent change in management, as the standards have dropped significantly. The food ordering process was easy, however when the food came out, my partner and my meals had almost 10 minutes between them, despite having similar cooking times. I had no major issue with it, however, my partner, who is a waitress mentioned that it is serving etiquette. When my partner's meal (Club Sandwich) came, the chicken felt like it just came out of the fridge, but the rest was piping hot. When I looked at my Chicken Burger (after the long wait), I noticed that the red onion that was served to me was rotten and fuzzy, and was like an elastic band. Turned me off my appetite. When I raised that problem with the onion, the server had no idea what to do about it, and asked myself whether she should tell the chef that they had rotten produce. If this is the new standards of Cherry Beans, its not good. Something needs to change or you will lose customers

Great coffee and wonderful staff. I can't fault it. But a special mention to the head chef. She is brilliant and makes arguably Canberra's best bacon and egg rolls and BLTs (both on Turkish bread). Very highly recommended.

Would give a zero star rating if possible. Food was cold and disgusting egg was raw not just a runny yoke but clearly raw so I sent it back after the waitress argued that it wasn't raw and meant to be that way she took it back in to the kitchen so her and the "chef" had a good laugh and pointing at me saying not raw. Not impressed got a refund and will never return. Don't serve people raw food then call them a liar and laugh about it place should be closed down

Just left the Majura park cherry bean and it was the single most disgusting meals I have ever seen. Raw poached eggs, fake packaged scramblede eggs, cold food. Could not even eat. Would not feed to my dog. Waste of $100. Will be reporting further. Staff saw and did not care, shame on you.

Great friendly service, prompt delivery of well cooked food and nice coffee. Well spaced tables.

Come here regularly and I am regularly pleased with the great customer service and food quality! Highly recommend!

Just having breakfast and I needed to check on gluten content for allergies. Staff could not have been more amazing with answering questions and providing information. Showed me labels of things and letting me check and decide if they were unsure. So fantastic to have this simple ability when so many places will not look and just say they don't know.

Food is good as usual. But seriously, washing the floors directly under and around customers at 2pm when the shop shuts at 5pm? We are trying to eat! Not even game to walk to the counter to get an extra knife as the floor is so slippery. Very dangerous. And very very rude!

Solid 4 star. Good coffee and a great roll for breakfast. Popular early in the morning with what looks like lots of regulars

The food was fresh, not terribly slow, and made to order. I didn't order off the menu, but the staff were more than accommodating. The prices are average.

Messy kitchen and bad coffee. I was waiting my boyfriend for trial. The manager was impolite with simper face.
One more davice: DO NOT work here please! The recruitment poster says" traning available for inexperiened guy", but they refused my BF because they want experienced kitchen staff. Excuse me? Are you FOOLING us? Why u post fake requirement to waste our time!
The staffs working there are indifferent and scheming. Get away from there.
Unprofessional recruitments can not have professional food and customer service.

Amazing food. Slight delay between meals on the same order, but otherwise excellent! And coffee that tastes like good coffee.

Good coffee, friendly service, nicely orientated with afternoon sun. Not too noisy. A great way to make your Aldi run into a nice trip.

I like caffe cherry beans a lot but I think this is the worst cherry beans and the most disgusting cafe Ive ever been to. Add to it the slow service even if theres just a few customers. Would never recommend or go back again.

Love the chef's specials, they are absolutely delicious. Generously sized large iced mocha in a jar, fantastic on a hot day!

Amazing service, Amazing food and amazing Atmosphere.but Hygiene is absolutely disgraceful! I had a glass of water with the rims of the glass with white sauce on it! I asked for a different glass politely but then another dirty glass! But over all good food and good service

Big serves and awesome chips. I will try to Aussie burger next time it looked massive. Coffee was nice but not amazing.
