Caffe Cherry Beans

I visit often. Coffee and lunch are great. If I have an appointment, I go to Cherry Bean. The staff are also friendly. Im happy.

Disgusting place, little so tiny and next to the playground we came around 3: 30 and order some drinks to sit outside while we watch the kids play on the playground. They told us at 3: 30 that they’re closing at 4: 00 when we literally have half an hour to sit down outside, so we said oh that’s alright we won’t be there for long at around 3: 47 they start packing when they’re one guy who sat inside and they kicked him out. The lady came again at 3: 55 pm to kick us out again extremely disgusting. I have the photo taken how they kick the poor dude out and how they start closing literally half an hour before. Bad customer service the food wasn’t even nice the lady was extremely disrespectful.why promote closing at 4: 00 but then kick the customer out at 3: 30? Like are you guys okay? Do better. Disappointed. Manager should prioritise customer not just in a hurry to go home, why open at the first place if you not there to work?

Always enjoy Cafe Cherry Beans but today's meal was absolutely stellar. Best prawn pasta and full breakfast we've had in a while, hands down. All compliments to the chef, they deserve it! Exactly the type of pick-me-up we needed today

In not so exciting news Cherry Beans Woden has set the standard of service here to a new very very very low bar. Very disappointed with the level of service. I would have received better service if I'd gone behind the counter and served myself. No value add here not even a greeting or a thanks. The food was shoved towards me on the counter with a great deal of haughty disdain, as if the employee hated both me and her job at Cherry Beans. No cutlery provided, coffee was weak.
Advice for the franchisee, management:
Hire staff who want to work in hospitality and enjoy working in the service industry.
For customers, you'll get better coffee and service with an actual greeting from your local petrol station attendant.

The customer service was subpar, with staff appearing disinterested and inattentive. To make matters worse, the coffee and the food did not taste the same as it used to. It lacked the flavor and quality that I had come to expect from this establishment. I hope they can improve their service and bring back the great coffee and food taste they once had.

Done with cherry bean woden, have eaten multiple times and keeps getting worse and worse. Shame use to be a nice place for me and my partner now its just gross.

Can't comment on food, but ordered sit in coffee, was great taste, staff were polite and professional. Only issue was the table I sat at was a wobbly one defo would have caused a spill if I hadn't noticed.

We used to love coming to this cafe but the service has changed it is no longer as good as it used to be. Often no water and cups available. Prices have gone up as well and it is as expensive as going to a nice restaurant that provides better service and larger portions.

Great play area right next to Cafe so kids can play and parents can eat and drink and keep an eye on them

Delicious breakfast! Cozy Vintage ambient! Friendly staff.
Good coffee, do not miss to try Chai Latte if you like Indian kind of milk tea.

Good drinks but I asked for a large, they gave me a small and argued with me when I said I asked for a large. Rip off to charge $6 for a small anything

Had a hot chocolate and coffee they were both great. Banana bread was great too.
Obviously some of the girls were learners but we're very polite and obviously trying.

Unfriendly staff. Both appeared bored or not interested. Got 2 take away coffees and decided not to order food due to unwelcoming manner of staff.

Waited over 50 minutes for 2 x breakfast. It was cold, bland and came out on dirty plates. Save your money. Do not eat at this cafe!

My nephew got the saddest slice of banana bread we have ever experienced. We had asked to toast it but was refused without good reason

Wouldn't put our banana bread in the toaster because "the kitchen was closed" worst service and worst attitude.

It was alright, I enjoyed the bacon and egg wrap I got. However 10 bucks for that amount of chips? Too pricey by far. Otherwise, good coffee, good wrap, too pricey personally

The prawn pasta was delicious, the portion size was the perfect amount. Couldn’t ask more from the chefs. Highly recommend.

I absolutely loved my experience here, the staff we friendly, they had a broad menu (also available on line) and although I had to wait a bit for my drink the coffee is delicious - probably one of the best iced coffees/frappes i’ve had.

Of all the cafes in Woden Plaza this place does the best bacon & egg roll. The roll is very tasty and loaded with bacon and at the right price. Staff are friendly. It’s close to a play area for toddlers so a great place for parents to eat & meet.
