Caffe Cherry Beans

Staff were super nice and food was great. Until I watched a staff member climb onto a food prep surface next to the toastie machine to reach bags of coffee beans off the top shelves, then not clean that surface. I then watched other staff prepare food exactly where that person had been standing. That is a huge food safety violation.

Disappointing experience at the cafe. Eggs overcooked in eggs Benny and bacon was burnt. Sour dough in big brekkie seemed excessively toasted, resulting in a hard texture. Overall, flavors were bland, and even the coffee fell short. Cherry beans gungahin used to be my fav cafe but not anymore. Not visiting again.

We had flat white twice here and it was great. It was a real flat white with excellent foam milk. I’m sometimes disappointed at the quality of flat whites at other cafe. I think their coffee is the best in Gungahlin!

Delicious breakfast options and the coffee is excellent. This Cafe has a relaxed atmosphere inside and out.

Came here for breakfast. Scrambled eggs with bacon and extra eggs. They put the extras on a separate plate which took up a lot of room. Also they are pretty stingy with the bacon - only one rash.
Coffee is excellent, recommend the mocha.

There was some confusion over our order. Everyone makes mistakes, it is how it is handled that earns respect. The error was fixed and free drinks provided. All ended well

Came in for late lunch, almost walked past the place. The door was closed and the outdoor eating area was covered in autumn leaves. As we entered it was clear some of the leaves had made there way inside also. The cafe was quite cluttered, but thankfully upon inspection of a plastic plant that hung from the ceiling right by me - it was not dusty. Service was quite slow, both my companions had received and drunk their drinks before I received my pot of tea. The reverse almost happened with our meals. The burgers were really nice and the patty nice and juicy, though perhaps a few too many pickles on the cheese burger, my friend counted 7. I had the salmon open faced sandwich, and whilst it looked beautiful, it was more of an unassembled sandwich - as I had too move the toppings around for it all to be eaten together - otherwise it was cream cheese salmon capers and onion on toast, and undressed salad on dry toast. We also found we needed to retrieve serviettes and knives from other tables and the sugar jar, was a little difficult to get on properly.

Best place ever if you want a sweet and healthy breakfast. The pancake and the milkshake were the best. They were big as well️.

A Café to check out. I have been having breakfast around the surrounding cafés such as Coffee C, Dobs, sunday, Pelican, lagom, and Yiayias, So far this one is my favourite in Gunghalin. Coffee is amazing! Staff amazing, atmosphere amazing, music amazing, food excellent! Kuddos to the cheff? I wanted to lick the sauce off my plate, tbh not exaggerating.

Everything was so delicious, will definitely be going back. All food was fresh, tasty, really good portion sizes, and good price. Drinks were so good too, best in Gungahlin so far.

Come here many times and every single time the service, food, and coffee is perfect. This time I got an iced coffee and pancakes. The iced coffee was delicious as usual and the pancakes were the perfect balance between sweet without hurting your teeth.

Our visit to the cafe this afternoon Sunday 8/1 was VERY disappointing. We have been regular customers for years but because of the way we were treated today and the shocking service from our previous visit we won’t be returning. Other cafes in Gungahlin give excellent friendly service and we will visit them in future. Also note basic music being played too loud in a cafe is a turn-off.

I love with place. Great fresh food, good sized portions, services with a smile and the price isn't too bad.

Nice place and warm staff. A bit overpriced breakfast for the content. Might try a different place next time.

I used to love this cafe, but something has changed. Service is slow and inattentive. Food is expensive and bland. Atmosphere is less than ideal. The cafe still looks great but it has lost its heart and soul. With all of the options in Gungahlin I'd recommend trying somewhere else.

Visit RUINED by a $2.90 charge to one piece of toast!

Today I ate here (I’m from Melbourne) and after eating the $10 pasta special (which was very good) the staff charged me an extra $2.90 for 1 single slice of bread!

Been there for breakfast and morning coffee for a while. Staffs are always friendly and welcoming. Food is tasty with really nice decoration. CB breakfast is one of my fav. Coffee art is beautiful!

Definitely my new best spot to have a brunch with friends in weekend after moved to Gungahlin ;)

Good to know that they change the special menu time to time, always find something new to feel fresh ️

Delicious breakfast! Contactless menu and ordering for seated dining. Worth the money, will keep coming back for sure!
