Food okay, I had bacon and egg rolling cooed perfectly but bacon wan was plentiful but hard overcooked.

It's a good spot, conveniently located at Canberra Outlet Centre. Access to order could be managed better, by a layout change. Bigger table numbers could help floor staff find the table easier. Overall, it gas a good hustle.

Chai latte was nice. I ordered the big breakfast; definitely worth it. Large portion size, couldn’t even finish it all, and everything was really tasty and fresh. My friend had the healthy bowl with chicken which was a very good portion size as well and very fresh and tasty.

The customer service and coffee quality from the main barista at this cafe is absolutely outstanding. Kay is always welcoming and goes above and beyond to make sure your service at the cafe is spectacular. As a staff member in the outlet centre, getting coffee from here has always been a positive experience thanks to him.

The staff's reception and attitude is terrible, especially from the hall manager. Just ignores wrong order complaints. Food quality is normal. Definitely not recommend this cafe.

Friendly, polite and efficient service. I felt very welcome as a customer. The prices were reasonable and the coffee and food were fine. It wasn't too crowded and we had no problem finding a table. The atmosphere was relaxed and casual. Recommended.

Appalling all round!
Rude staff who err very unpleasant.
I ordered French toast with ricotta caramelised apple and berry.
I was served a thick slice of brioche, not French toast! With the thinnest smear of ricotta, so thin it was transparent. The ‘caramelised apple’ was finely diced tinned apple, about a teaspoon sized serve. The mixed ‘berries’ about a tablespoon sized serve had the texture and taste of whole berry jam.
Wouldn’t recommend and will never go back!

What a shambles. The one "waitress" they had on was so slow and didn't clear tables so the venue was less than half full but stacked with dirty plates etc on the other half of the tables. Every meal was delivered with a "sorry it took so long" (but a look of I really don't care). Our simple lunch took an hour, my drink over 30 minutes. When meals were ready, they were left for 10 minutes after the cooks had rung the bell to go cold before they were carried over to a table. We have been there before and it was fair, this was appalling. It was painful to watch a business so badly run. We won't be going there again.

Waited 45 minutes for food for two people, however the first person got theirs 15 minutes before so by the time mine came around they were finished eating. I got the chicken burger which had way too much breading on the chicken.

Breakfast was good not a fan of the banana smoothie wayyy to icy the straw dissolved before i could drink half of it after 20 minutes more like flavoured shards of ice.

Waited for 50 mins for a big breakfast, only to find out that there was a mix up. Hadn’t we followed up for our order, they’d never found out. Half the staff doesn’t have a clue what was going on. Mind you there were only few customers at that time. Horrible experience. Can’t recommend this place

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes, without being served. Staff were standing around looking at us like we were lepers, so we just left.

Ordered a coffee, double checked it was soy with the checkout person. When it came out it wasn't soy, the barista suggested I had miscommunicated and implied it was my fault. Felt really embarrassing and awkward in front of other customers.

I ordered a almond milk iced latte. I have a milk allergy BTW. I watched them make my drink on full cream milk and when I asked the stores manager to double check that it was almond milk due to having an allergy he lied and said it was almond milk. Not only that I saw cockroaches crawling around near their coffee area, and my coffe took 10 minutes to make. There was 3 customers in the store.when I raised my concerns over the milk that had been use Stores manager was extremely patronizing and rude. Really great and quick service, one of the nicest breakfasts we've had in a while. Portions were huge, all food came at once. Nicely made coffee and chai, kids enjoyed freshly squeezed juices. Would recommend it to all for good breakfast venue. Overall not a bad choice for late Sunday brekky.

Absolutely atrocious service and food! We waited 45 minutes to get old overcooked chicken. When asked how long the food would be at the 40 minute mark the staffed laughed and said 'I don't know' then walked off without following it up. We had to go up to the kitchen ourselves and grab our food cause the staff were so slow and just standing around ignoring the bell for the ready food. When another customer had a complaint about something wrong wuth their food they laughed again. The staff are so rude and slow they don't move as if they are in a hospitality business. I will never be eating there again

Ordered the Garlic Prawn Melt. Place was near empty and was still a half hour wait. When the food finally arrived it wasn’t worth the wait. 3 prawns which were poorly peeled on a cold piece of sourdough

Worst customer service I have ever received. Waited in line for 15 minutes when there were 2 people ahead of me and the service workers were the slowest people in the world. Treated me horribly and will not be going back. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Food was good (got the veggie wrap without halloumi)

Bit disappointing that they didn't not have any vegan options on the menu that didn't require any modification - I was also not offered any discount for removing the halloumi
