Cafe Cherry Beans

This is a great little mall cafe. The service was good, the drinks came fast, and the food was very quick too. The portions are generous, and tasty! The offering on the menu is quite big, and I have no doubt it's all delicious. They have options for vegetarians, vegans, and people with gluten/dairy/egg allergies. Definitely coming back.

Their B. L. A. T is my favourite cafe food anywhere, couldn’t recommend it more! Coffee is great and staff welcoming and friendly as always!

Food nice enough, hot and fresh more times than not. But.range of menu choices more restricted than other Cherry Bean franchises, menu items hardly ever change. Soup of the day has ALWAYS been pumpkin and nothing else for the past two years. A real hassle to vary your menu order. Don't know if it is the language barrier or what, but staff don't seem to understand what you need to change in your order or why. So if you have serious food intolerances or allergies, beware.

Went for brunch today. Really good smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict actually on a English Muffin like it's supposed to be. Ham cheese and tomato omelette was good too. Great coffee very clean and good pleasant service too.

Tasty food, friendly staff and seniors discount offered plus coffee loyalty card, what more can you ask for. Thanks, my wife and I frequent this place because we enjoy dinning here.

Got the chef special, the steak burger $18 huge waste of money, worst burger of my life. Too little meat nearly no sauce, the chips were dry & under seasoned. Seriously stingy for the price, these guys do not know how to cook. Don’t waste your time/ money McDonalds could make a better burger.

Unfortunately not great. I have been there a few times on the weekends lately and I found the coffee to be super hot and somewhat burnt milk. In addition the staff seemed somewhat unhappy/distressed and it gave off a general uncomfortable/negative vibe.

Overall nothing was terrible but the general experience was not great.

Excellent food well presented and not over priced and great people that work there I will visit this place frequently

Love love love cafe cherry beans, the smashed avocado is delicious and they make a great English breakfast tea.

Ordered from here, got a diet cola and it was flat. Secondly, the bread was stale on my sandwich!

I ordered open melt $14.50 I asked for no chips the girl said its still the same price I was a little surprised but okay also ordered iced chocolate no cream guess what arrived with cream! I said to the girl I actually ordered this with no cream she goes "oh" she went back to behind the counter and there was a big conference one girl comes out and goes if you REALLY want to i will make you a new one. I said don't bother poor customer service melt arrived 30 minutes later soggy! Sorry I dont like leaving bad reviews but this was warranted.

The female staff was so rude and blunt when I ordered the meal. The food itself is ok, just one of those franchise cafes, I don’t have high expectation tbh. But the staff is very rude, she made me feel like I did something wrong. I would not recommend this cafe because of her attitude, not professional at all.

Ordered 2 large coffees, but got 2 medium, ordered scones with cream and jam and scones were a couple of days old, NEVER AGAIN, DON'T COME HERE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PEOPLE!

Made wrong coffee and when I complained.the lady changed the lid and gave me same coffee back.huh.straight to bin.never going there again: (

'Banana' milkshake is very icey, and has no banana flavour. I have managed to source the recipe they use however, so that you can make your very own Cafe Cherry Beans Banana Smoothie at home!

Ingredients
-
1x FULL cup of ice
~400ml of milk
~20ml yellow food colouring

Instructions
-
1. Add ice, milk and food colouring to blender, blend until icey
2. Pour and serve!

Bad experience! Rude, confrontational staff who barely understand English and as a result our order was messed up. When approached about the mixup both staff maintained they were right and argued loudly (in front of quite a number of customers) that we were in the wrong.

Very embarrassing. Suggest they do a crash course in English, people skills and manners.
Avoid at all costs.

I have been to caffe cherry bean plenty of times and I quiet like their food. Its value for money and generally tastes great.
Today I got a coffee and banana bread which I have done before but today's banana bread was stale. I asked the young man on the counter If it was today or yesterdays banana bread and they informed me it was yesterdays. I politely and very quietly advised that it was stale.
They offered me my money back but rudely said BYE BYE as in get out of her.
I understand they do not make it there but its supplied to them.
I said that was very unnecessary as I wasnt even going to ask for my money back he just offered.
They told me to go get my banana bread and give it back (which is fine but again they said it very angry manner). The girl behind me walked out and told them she is getting her coffee else where as they were so rude to me. I
I told them I come to their cafe either here at belconnen or in gungahlin at least once a month but now I will no longer go there.
I asked for the owner and they informed me the younge man who was rude and serving me was the owners son. Which is even more disappointing.
The young lady told me I can make my own banana bread at home haha!
During all this I was quiet as I wasnt wanting to make a scene but they were very loud, rude and defensive.
I really hope the owner reads these reviews.

Terrible food and staff! Can’t talk or understand English. Service was rude and blunt made to feel like I was a burden to the cafe. Would never return or recommend this place to anyone. Stay away. A bacon egg muffin from maccas is a thousand times better then this place

I ordered the Cherry Beans Breakfast and was very disappointed. The food tasted horrible and my mango smoothie tasted like plastic. Do not recommend going here. Waste of money.
