Reasonable prices, nice food, quite a lot of options for lunch!

We were incorrectly served omlette with meat (which I ate) while we ordered mushroom omelette and the staff was unapologetic. Good good and atmosphere but sadly attitude of staff ensured I won't be going back.

Very pleasant experience. Lovely sunny spot overlooking the parklands and Lake Ginninderra, birds and autumn colours. Ample car and bike parking below. The best service I’ve experienced in a good while - genuinely friendly, attentive, expedient. Delicious food - smaller portions at lesser prices - a welcome change from expensive large portions that we don’t finish (or sicken trying). A happy place, we will make a regular of. It's a lovely location by the lake and at the heart of the retirement community. The food was average, and it did take up to 35 minutes to get our coffees though they were delicious. So, leave plenty of time to sit and enjoy the fresh air. We also almost couldn't find a table, so plan ahead for that.

Came here today the second time. Didn’t expect to see laksa on the special menu this week. It was very delicious and full of fleshy prawns. Price was comparable to other restaurant but having a nice view around makes it much more enjoyable.
Will definitely come here more often to see what’s new on special!

This has to be the best value for money cafe in Canberra! The food is quite nice, although nothing fancy on the menu there. And they have a lovely outdoor area.

My Ladies group who have Lunch once a Month. Attended Birrigai Restaurant. We found the Menu and food excellent. I had Tasty Pork Scallops great served with crispy steamed fresh vegetables. I had the Lemon tart and Coffee for Desert. We are going to make our Luncheon a permanent one at Birrigai. Great food great service 10/10

Lovely prope and service. I had lactose free coffee and hot chips with gravey. Good price and chips cooked properly. Very nice will be going again.

Not dog friendly. I walked all the way from belconnen shopping centre to have a coffee and something to eat there. My dog was with me. I wanted to sit outside, but was turned away.

An absolutely wonderful little Cafe with a great atmosphere. The staff are always friendly and caring for their elderly occupants. Although the chips can be quite stale and soggy, the salads, sugary beverages and burgers are the star of the show.

Excellent accessibility for wheelchairs and prams. Automatic doors make it a pleasure to visit. Large sun deck area. Nice views of bushland and lake. Lovely staff. Great coffee and food.

The food and drinks are very good. The staffs were absolutely friendly and kind. Definitely will come back.

With under new management this beautiful place really good for coffee and relaxing. Nice view, next to the Ginninderra lake.friendly staff with amazing breakfast as well
