Bui's Restaurant

I understand that the staff at Bui’s were very callous with a customer who’s companion had a stroke while dining at the restaurant. The restaurant insisted that the bill be settled in full before the person could leave for the hospital. This is atrocious behaviour and not worthy of a good dining restaurant.

Try the rare beef pho there and it was quite okay. The soup would be wonderful if it is less salty. Toppings and sides are generous and great as well. I love the hoi sin sauce here, really tasty. Price was a bit higher than other Vietnamese restaurants, but that’s understandable since it’s in Kingston.

My go to Vietnamese Restaurant. The rare beef Pho with double Beef on a cold winters day feels like a warm hug.

Have never had a bad meal here, everything is always fresh and you leave not feeling guilty about what you've just had to eat, unlike some other restaurants with heavier fried food.

Made a booking two weeks out as our som moving to Canberra. We turned up to be told the booking was for two. But I booked for three -Rude manager. No solution, left stranded on a Saturday night.wouldn’t help us Never again not a customer focused plave

Terrific! This place was super clean, all ingredients were so fresh. Dishes were quite good though, generous portions on the duck chilli basil gave us a sense of satisfaction. Will be back if we are somewhat wondering to get dinner in Kingston.
Another try: The double fried crispy chicken with chilli ginger and sesame sauce is a MUST TRY! Different layers of taste can elevate your mind onto paradise! Beef casserole is definitely delicious too. Bui's must be the best, and the tidiest Vietnamese restaurant Australia wide.

Delicious crispy pork belly with apple - provided you like your meat and crackling with a little fat still in between. Better shared than as a solo dish, as it's a lot of protein for one.

What a great little find for a quick and delicious meal. Seating was easy but it was busy. Service friendly and attentive. We had salads but we will be back to try other things.

The absolute go-to, they have the best pho in town. We love it here! The food is delicious, the atmosphere is laid back, and the staff is always so personal and welcoming.

This was a great meal from beginning to end. We were greeted and seated immediately. The staff were efficient and service was quick.

The food was great! I often order beef in black bean sauce when I eat at pan-Asian restaurants, but this version was next level. So much umami flavour! Loved it. The wontons are excellent too. I can recommend each dish.
They have a large back room area too, so you could probably book a big group for a private function too. Great spot!

I’m sorry for those who said it tastes good. You must have never been to Asia or had legitimate Asian food in diverse city like Sydney. The food here is inauthentic, white washed, and bland compared to the real, wonderfully rich Vietnamese and other South East Asian cuisine.

I understand you must cater to your clientele, but this is just not very good.

Went out for a meat pie and ended up eating at Bui’s. We walked past someone a family having the special pork belly with apple and had to do the same as it looked that good.

So happy we did. The owner generously accommodated us even though it was almost closing time and recommended some dishes for us to try in the future.

Already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you.

Amazing food, (pork belly is definitely my fave!) Amazing service. Won't be long until we come back again.
