I had the lash lift and fill and I’m really happy with the results. My lashes grow downwards naturally and the service has really help keep the curl and has even made it grow longer. Perfect for a natural lash look

I had an awful experience here. The customer service was terrible, the woman doing my eyebrow laminate was very rude throughout.

There was little to no communication/ consultation prior to the treatment around what I wanted or what she was going to do. I began to ask a lot of questions as I was feeling uncomfortable with the lack of communication, however I was then told “ You are asking too many questions, I’ve done this for a long time”,
She then became very frustrated and was raising her voice and arguing with me.

After the treatment, when I expressed my concerns around the lack of consent and poor communication, she cut me off and told me to leave. Thankfully she didn’t make me pay.

As I was leaving the salon, I expressed how uncomfortable the whole experience was and she grabbed me by the shoulders in an attempt to force me out the door as I said “ please do not touch me” there were multiple people witnessing this.

I will never be returning here, the whole experience was very uncomfortable.

My suggestion is some consent and trauma informed training so as not to make people feel uncomfortable for voicing their questions and concerns.
