A little understaffed but quite reasonable service to spite that. Food was well cooked.
Nothing to complain about but nothing special either. More than 2 prawns would have been good especially how cheap they are at the moment. It was a good night.

Belluci never disappoint, perfect place to have authentic Italian dishes served with love.

Very very slow service.went on Thursday night with 3 colleagues. Waited 15-20 for waiter to come get our order. 2 of my colleagues got the drink, had to wait further for mine and other colleagues. Then tells us prosecco is out of stock. Further wait then. Pasta was good. Pizza was mid. Dry. Waiter didnot even bother bringing ur dessert menu. We just left.

Staff during the night did the bare minimum for service, however the manager served our desserts at the end of the night. Which were served across the table and completely lent over myself and another person, the smell of BO was vomit inducing.

Food was subpar especially for the price, the lack of effort in quick service was appalling, they also forgot one item off our order and tried to give it to us after we had finished all of our food.

The sound of the manager yelling and ordering the staff also isn't a pleasant background noise to hear when you're eating.

All in all, it is an alright place for "club" dining, but a far cry from a nice restaurant I would take my significant other to.

They have a lot to do to fix these concerns.

The Food was good, however prices are a bit too expensive for what you get, although the food is high Quality. I sat in the corner and staff made an effort to ensure that they were constantly looking out for us.

My wife and I love Bellucis, helpful friendly service. Consistently great food. Good background music with a few good beers on tap. Love that it's BYO, we come here once a month.

If you have not been, this restaurant is a must. Tastiest Italian I have had in a long time. Pasta dish was to die for and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the pizzas. Service was exceptional. Friendly staff and buzzing vibe completed the visit. Totally awesome!

Amazingly tasty food and very friendly and accommodating staff that were helpful and knowledgeable. A terrific experience!

Food arrived an hour and a half after we ordered and it arrived cold had to have the way to take it back to the kitchen.
I'm booking was for 6: 30

We usually speak highly of Bellucis as their customer service and quality of food has been outstanding in the past.tonight however we received a supreme pizza that was not only cold at the door but the quality of the dough was distasteful and the contents of the fillings revealed Ingredients missing and it looked and tasted as though it had been thrown together in three minutes. Needless to say it went in the bin. There was a clear lack of care in the creation of this pizza and the tiramisu we ordered to follow was also of poor quality and thrown in the bin. Very disappointing considering Bellucis has had such a good reputation in the past. This is the last time we will be ordering from this restaurant.

The wait staff forgot to put our order in, and we were only told after half an hour of waiting. Other tables sat at the same time as us had been served after only fifteen minutes.

Had the Filleto di Manzo (eye flillet steak), Verdi (steamed green vegetables), and the Creme Brulee for desert. All cooked perfectly. All done Gluten Free as per request.

Would not recommend. Poor service, arrogant staff, dry chicken and basic pasta.

We have had better service and food at Manuka.

Bellucis was a classic fave but our recent experience was unfortunately very disappointing. Booked for a birthday dinner, pizza burnt yet still served, fish special tiny, asparagus noted on menu but came out as cooked slither specles as a garnish, i actually thought they forgot my asparagus until the waitress referred me to the specs of green on my plate, carrot purree was dry, basic in flavour and a minimal wipe across my giant plate i could barely taste it. The fish itself was bland. Some cherry tomato slices accompanied the tiny fish and puree wipe, that was it. I had high hopes, I left hungry and disappointed with a notable bill ofcourse. Not sure if they're cutting back due to inflation. Staff are juniour and don't know how to rectify issues like burnt pizza. I hope to see improvements, I really liked Bellucis woden.

Nice food. Initial thoughts was that service can be improved.
A lot of young kids walking around pretending to be busy. No eye contact with customer.
Service did improve somewhat as the night went on.
Waitress just dumped a closed wine bottle in middle of table and walked away. What’s that about!? !?

Food and service as good as always. Seating arrangement was not great for a large group. Suggest menu and decor need a bit of a refresh?

Unfortunately the food was sub par and the service was equally inadequate, not likely to return

Took my wife here thinking this would be near fine dining. Nope. Food was okay, not great. Service was average at best. They got our drink order wrong and other requests had to be followed up as they seemed to have forgotten. Music was loud and the place had the vibe of a night club more than a restaurant. Not at all what I was expecting.
