We waited 40 minutes for our food. The food was good but 2 of the waiters weren’t particularly nice or attentive. We did not feel welcome and service felt rushed (although we had to wait).

Super service, staff was very attentive even they were super busy and I went their as walk-in got excellent service. Will visit again.

The absolute best poached eggs and grilled tomato. A beautifully presented, simple breakfast packed with pizzazz! Wonderful coffee and friendly staff.

A Cafe which makes fabulous coffees. It is the best Cafe I have been to in many years. The breakfasts were amazing. The omlette and French toast were huge. The young staff polite and helpfull. You must visit Beess & Co.

Their coffee never disappoints me, always consistent. We had the House made saffron arancini for lunch, which was delicious. Very welcoming staff. We returned a second time, ordered smoked duck, delicious! As was the coffee. One of my favourite cafes in Canberra!

A small warm and friendly suburban coffee shop with indoor and leafy outdoor tables. Food is either from the cabinet or cooked to order depending on what you want. This shop is happy to serve you just a coffee or reserve a table for a full lunch. Limited half hour and two hour (free) parking is available nearby. Toilets are available.

It's like being in Paris or Figeac. The lovely plane trees undressing for winter, warm croissants with real butter and jam, a well made coffee with attention paid to the milk and a proper thick napkin. Best of all the polite, happy and efficient staff who treat one with respect and attention. A cinq étoiles expérience.

Friendly staff, fast service, great food. Lots of scrambled eggs on the plate and the bacon and hash brown were spot on.

Had a very nice breakfast that put smile on my face. Two things that you'll love to have in the morning to make your day brighter: 1) Beautiful dishes, mine was a French Toast, with blueberry compote, bacon, orange, pomegranate. 2) friendly & courteous people who serve you.

RUDE WAITER TOWARDS ELDERLY PEOPLE!

First up WOW on Thursday 06 January a male waiter was working in the morning.

An elderly lady went to look at a menu on a table to browse the menu before making a decision on what to buy.

THEN a rude male waiter, came up to her and said in a angry tone “hey these menu are for the reserved table only” AND THEN he snatched the menu from her hands. So aggressive!

WOW all that for a menu, so the lady walked out after that. TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

My advice: go to Farmers Daughter around the corner. Staff are friendly and food taste better

Excellent cafe. Quality service - very friendly and accommodating. Coffee is first class, local (local by Canberra standards). Highly recommended.

Coffee above average; BLT with salad is a favourite; excellent range of breakie style meals; helpful staff and, more importantly, restaurant has a good ambience in a pleasant tree lined carpark at Yarralumla Shopping Centre.

Cozy cafe in Yarralumla, absolutely a local gem! The service was quick and decent. The food was amazing as well. The penne pasta with pork and peas was creamy and tasty, the fish and chips had large portion, the fish was crispy and well-seasoned. Highly recommend this cafe!

Came here because of high rating. Great customer service from all staff, friendly and welcoming. Beautiful setting, plenty of outdoor seating, natural shade and lots of parking.

Why 3 stars? Food took a long time to arrive, and when it did, the toast was undercooked and near cold. The eggs were also barely lukewarm. Hash brown and bacon were hot (so they probably had to wait for those), which were delicious, but it was a disappointing amount of bacon.

Due to the wait, I didn't mention anything to the staff, because I didn't want to wait even longer to eat. I understand that's not fair to the cafe (not giving them a chance to rectify), however that's how the service industry goes; best foot forward at all times.

I'll be back, and hoping that today was an anomaly. Customer service, location/setting, and food taste are great.just need to work on food timing and bacon rations.

Big outdoor space with umbrellas in case of rain or too much sun. Ordered the hotcakes at around breakfast time, but was a bit soggy because the add too much sauce. I would recommend having the sauce on the side, also could have been hotter.

Wonderful outdoor seating in the shade. Friendly staff and delicious food. Eggs cooked perfectly which is rare! Nice and quiet also. Great to see a dog friendly place with ample outdoor seating.

Wow this Beese & Co Cafe is the best with great service and the food was divine with the hot chocolate also the food was brought in the local area with Fresh Farm Eggs and homemade delicious jams are Marmalade jam, Rhubarb jam and Blackberry jam!
We will be back next weekend!? ️
