THE WORST bank branch office I ever visited, not once but three times in a row. So it's not just bad luck; it's toxic culture there. Plain rude, indifferent and clueless staff. What's value of of ANZ to having those people working in a branch there? The only purpose they seem serving it to disgust your customers.
The worst bank I ever seen.totally uneducated stuff and lazy staff.waited for half an hour and when I went to the cashier without even looked into the system she said no.that’s totally racism.
Went there to exchange then they said if I’m not their business partner they’re not gonna do it with rude behaviour and attitude but I’m theirs 10yrs customer. CMB did it for even I’m not their customer at all.
Rude retailer, worst customer service, poor quality. I went there to exchange $100 note to coins and they gave me $60, badluck I didn’t check.
I went in business weekday at lunch hrs and there is only one person in the counter and a big long queue. I would suggest the bank manager to have little bit thinking and address the issue. Lunch time they should have kept more staff or use the staff better way. This is really bad. Not very happy. Long wait.

Horrible customer service, I have visited this branch many times regarding my issue. They always say we will get back to you and d nothing.
Yep ten minutes waiting in line for one bank teller to process a line that moves slower than north koreas immigration queues.
There was hardly waiting one customer but a Lady told me to come back over a hour later I guess it’s just a excuse not to serve you today and lazy way of responding terrible service
A very poor banking system. The staff in this branch are not trained well, one of them gave us totally wrong information about the credit cards which a few days later, through online investigations I found out that was wrong.
Moreover, after receiving my credit card from the branch they didn't inform me that I am able to activate my card at the branch as well. I waited for a week to receive a letter with a pin for the activation of my card.
The deficiency of ANZ is not just about this branch, there is something wrong with the whole system. I called them on this number (13 13 14) regarding my credit card, the first 5 ANZ staff were not able to give me a convincing answer! It took them about one hour to sort out one simple job on the phone for me.
I did get my home loan from ANZ and it was my biggest mistake.
I now understand why this branch was empty. Steer clear of this branch the manager here is is a smug useless little prick that is too busy sniffing his own anus
Once a pleasant little bank with 2 to 4 tellers with numbered seating, it is now an unfriendly, max 2 tellers, 50's style stand up cattle run forcing the aged, decrepit and mildly demented like me to wait incessantly in a state of frustration and fatigue while a small creature with ill fitting strides and hair tries to channel me to electronic banking, might be time for a change, cheers, hank.
Another anz bank with no staff.how can a bank that makes so much money have no staff and hour long waits. All about making money not the customer.
Terrible set up. Had to wait at a counter while the one staff member was busy out the back. I asked a few questions about a credit card that after looking online were answered wrong. Cant recommend anz.
After the recent renovations, the bank only has two tellers. This and the massive queue makes for an intolerable wait. Not to mention that two staff were off in their own world doing nothing while other people waited.
The staff in this branch are particularly terrible. As a new customer to ANZ, it took multiple attempts to get an account open, fee waiver applied and a card issued. They're not worth wasting your time with.
