ANZ Branch Tuggeranong

I went to ANZ today around 3: 30pm to close my account as it was no longer needed. The staff who was assisting me, Dhruv if I spelled it right was very professional. 5 stars for him.

However, I notice how the lady on the front was so rude. I could already see one gentleman before me was not happy with the service and was upset but it’s so disappointing to see how the lady responded to the gentleman and another customer. Didn’t seem happy at all for the job she was doing. It was first time visiting this branch and I am glad I won’t be going back again.

Great service, Dhruv was very helpful and went above and beyond to get things sorted for me.

Great service. No issues with my problems getting solved. They even saved me money and the coin machine is great! Will be back!

Terrible I have banked with ANZ for 20 yrs I spent 1 hr on phone trying to get my limit raised to pay house deposit.was then sent to the branch.no staff available to help me for nearly 2 hrs apparently I will be changing bank's

Would be a 0 star review if I could make it that. Set up an account online for my daughter and had to verify id at a physical branch. Go to the local branch of ANZ and despite 5 staff standing around doing nothing, we had to make an appointment for 2 days hence.
Despite 2 reminder texts sent to me, we turn up on time and still had to wait 10 minutes to be seen. What a joke. Worst bank ever. Staff useless.

This branch has lost touch with its customer base, seemingly more focused on technology & implementing new procedures than personal service. If I wished to do banking online or use a machine I wouldn’t have spent the time to travel to the actual branch.

Tuggeranong branch, terrible customer service.
The new branch which you now need to make an appointment.
Can’t just go in to deposit money or open a new account anymore.
Rude staff. Shocking service

Pathetic, why asking customer/s personal questions (not related to bank or anything). Terrible. Worst. There is a woman who asks personal questions. Very UNprofessional.

Staff are rude even at any anz bank branch there is they’re not fair they refuse anything you want them to do for you and the bank is a fraud Go to St George or just bank online!
