Is this the worst ANZ Branch in Australia? Staff at ALL levels unprofessional, dismissive, unhelpful and ignorant of ANZ products.

Rude and unhelpful staff.
1 Cashier had a business client, so lots of transactions to fulfill, the other 2 staff members didn’t even acknowledge our presence. When 1 of the female staff members happened to wander past and I asked for assistance, she was so rude and unprofessional I told her not to bother and then left the branch.
This is what we’re paying exorbitant bank fees for.shameful!

This is where my faith in ANZ depleted! This branch has very under trained staff with a male manger who is arrogant and blunt. No customer service skills and the basic human decency to even welcome someone instead of saying what do I need. I need some service sir! Tellers who can barley speak English. Please sort your stuff out. In this area of town I’d think you would have people who understand and smile! Moved all my banking elsewhere due to this interaction!

Avoid this ANZ branch!
Horrible customer service. 5 people working, only one of them doing their job while others just stand around talking.
Got off work early at 2: 30pm, only to wait 30 minutes then when I finally spoke to someone was told that they needed an hour to help me and my partner make a joint account. Asked a few questions then later found out that we were given the wrong information.
We ended up going to the Queanbeyan branch. Only took 30 minutes all up including waiting time for them to create a joint account.

Slow and rude staff and manager, they spent more time to argue with customers than make it work

Arrived at 12: 28pm, by the time got served at 12: 50pm, no name badge wear by any of the staff members I can see. During this time, a gentleman wears uniform walked past twice did not offer any assistant. After hearing two lady staff members talking 15mins in an office, one of them came out asked if we (a few customers including myself) are waiting for a teller, we said yes, she just walked away. The teller (only one) spent 15 mins assisted a customer to close her account and credit card, while 3 - 4 customers been waiting, there are 3 - 4 staff members we can see sitting at the end of the branch not assisting customer.
So glad that I am leaving my banking from this bank.
