9I got my home loan from ANZ with the help of Erica. She has been very supportive and helpful.
ANZ service centers are useless, but ANZ in general is useless.sometimes they have a shield app and sometimes they don't, sometimes they block transactions and sometimes they don't (go on ask them the reason, they don't even know.apparently its their security team that only knows the reason, so good luck trying to avoid such things in the future ha haa). The most unreliable bank if you want to conduct business in confidence. This bank has hindered my business transactions significantly.its so frustrating.it my money let me use it!
I was serviced today by Jake Minogue and they were the best! Was polite, patient and knowledgeable. I walked out as a satisfied customer.
However, there were two Asian staff members just next to Jake talking quite loudly in their language. This was very rude and inappropriate. ANZ needs to reinforce some standards of behaviour.
I visited the ANZ bank two days ago afternoon at city near bus station. I met few staff and share my concern related to them. To my surprise they were very very reluctant to solve my issues. I sat there for 15 minutes still no sign of help. I knew they are just wasting my time, so walk away.
I understand you might be busy however, it would be nice to at least try to understand our issues. Who knows it might be a matter of second for you, miles help to us.
I am not generalising all but to few.
When you get allocated a business banker, you think, great! No more call centre time wasting. Instead, I get allocated a chap named Amr who's arrogant, wastes your time and can't even return a call! I miss the old ANZ
Worst experience ever. I don’t want rate 1 star if there has 0 star. One of your Asian female staff had a horrible, racist attitude. Basically she only service white people. Very flattering. She seemed to think it would bleach her skin. Some of my friends had the same experience during different time as well. We are going to change the bank because of her. Your other Asian staff are very friendly and I don't think they should be tarnished because of this one person. I have seen similar complaints about this Asian lady in the comments below.
This is the worst bank for waiting at the tellers have all these people working at no help been waiting for over 30 minutes
