ANZ Branch Canberra Centre

Been to this branch several times where the machines either don’t work or restart midday through a transaction. Not to mention the staff fail to accommodate or even ask what might be the issue. There are also multiple QR codes for feedback that do not work. I am extremely unimpressed.

Flew In from alicesprings to canberra and decided to see what the city centre looks like (3rd dec), After shopping, I noticed my phone was dead and after approaching 2 different people, I decided to approach an Asian lady that works for anz at city walk branch. She responded positively and she took her time to booked me a taxi. She is indeed an angel. Thanks anz for keeping such a staff.

Erjia (Erica) Xu at this branch managed a very complex multiple loan scenario for my wife and me. Her service was outstanding and second to none. Much better than any other bank or broker we had dealt with. We were kept in the loop at all times and managed to settle early. Thanks Erica!

I’ve been spending my whole afternoon here to solve all my banking problems. Now they all gone. I’ve visited other branches, they just gave me a phone let myself make phone call and figure out which always took forever. Thank you Crispin, Sona and Erin. Very patient and friendly team.

Worst customer service i have ever seen with any bank. They dont help the customer and blame them everytime.poor banking.

Wait 30mins and she gave me wrong information and try to lead me to make a new ANZ account. She doesn't have much knowledge also didnt try to give me a correct information. It was not help my issue at all and completely wasting time. I don't even want to use ANZ anymore.

Helpful staff and always seem pleasant when I visit + they saved me a lot on interest regarding my home loan

Horrible. Go there on Saturday as it is the only bank open and they have three staff employed but a new policy in which they do not allow Withdrawal, Deposits, PIN changes or Account inquiries. Why have the bank open if you can't even Withdrawal money? Also, the Bank closes at 4: 00? Useless.

Why close at 4.00? Inconveniant if you want to pay a bill and you dont finish work until 4.30. Also, why is ther only minimal staff on at lunch time. Thats when everyone uses their lunch time break to go pay their bills. Not to sit there and wait for the bank clerks come back from theirs. They can manage money but not time management. Not everyone wants phone banking either so please dont suggest I get that. I dont mind having to walk to the bank. Its good excercise. WOOF!
