The coarse was very informative. Going into the course I didn’t think I’d learn anything new but I was astonished with how much I learnt. Very well presented too. Rodney really knew his stuff and engaged with the participants well.
Great course and found out some things I didn’t know about asbestos.well worth the time to do it and highly recommend.

Had a very unprofessional experience this morning.
After having a course cancelled and postponed a day prior BY AlertForce, we turn up to realise the qualified teacher never showed up to conduct the course, we sat for 30+ minutes whilst the only person working there ran around trying to figure it out; couldn’t get a straight answer out of anybody, now in addition to taking time off work for this, it’s being pushed back to Monday, where we need to cancel work for the day AGAIN.
10 people in the room to do this course who have all done the same thing, we were told emails had been sent out to notify cancellation, but not one person in the room received it, then we were sent on our way and told to take our case to their office in Sydney, mind you they haven’t answered their phones within their business hours.
Great people, great staff, great trainers. Well worth the effort to do the cse as it is very informative
The training side of things was great. However after I submitted my assessment I got zero response from alertforce I had to chase them up for answers and all they told me was to resubmit my assessment which I did another 2 times and same result no further contact. So I gave up and alertforce got $250 something dollars out of me for nothing. Would not recommend….
