ALDI Conder

Aldi Conder can be found on the corner of Boxhill Ave and Balcombe St with the carpark entrance can be found off Sidney Nolan St, across the road from the red post box.

There are around 95 carpark spaces, which on a good day you might struggle to find a car parking space.

Some days, you will find the Shelf's a little empty for a good reason them are always pretty busy with the cost of food, and Aldi have good prices compared to other local supermarkets!

They have a great range of products for all your needs, and there is a small alcohol section near the counters.

The staff are always friendly and helpful if there is anything you can't find, and when it is time to check out, it is a very simple process, but sometimes you gotta be quick with your hands packing your shopping trolley! The staff are good at their job.

Quick and easy shopping, straight in and get what you need. Super fast checkouts. The carpark is a bit of a walk and people park along the fence, where it says 'strictly no standing'.

Trolleys were not in the booth, all were in the car parks, it was quite inconvenient. Otherwise, inside aldi it was clean and well organised.

This continues to be the most under stocked ALDI I have ever been to. Many empty shelves, always seems like it is about to shut down.

As usual very happy with ALDI, main problem do go above what i intended to spend, but still better than woolies with 5cents off petrol, not spending at woolies $3oo now $50. Thank god for Aldi, better than 5cents a litre off at Woollies.

Excellent range, usually well stocked and very friendly staff. Prices are usually even or better than other supermarkets.

I am a regular shopper in Aldi Lanyon, I spent monthly six to seven hundred dollars in Aldi every month. Today I had an awful experience at the shop. Today I bought full of trolley items, one of the item they charged twice. I went there for refund my money; it took more than half an hour. They checked the camera double. I tried to explain and showed the receipt. They were annoyed and unfriendly, which was as embracing. I highly recommend their customer service should review and improve. From now on, I will consider the different supermarket.

Low food quality standards. A lot of unsafe food.past used by date and moldy food is left om the shelfs a lot of bad chicken as well.

Well layed out store with lots of variety and good prices, staff a friendly and helpful. Thank you for an easy shopping experience.

Always my favourite. Serves one’s all household needs plus it’s specials are absolutely special. Definitely saves quite much $ as well as time.

Great store for weekly Grocery shopping. Quality products at affordable prices. However, the has been an increasing trend to stock a lot of over-wrapped and non-essential, discretionary items. Please Re-Focus to reduce waste from packaging and too many single use plastic products. Emphasis needs to change to being a more Ethical and Environmentally Conscious Supermarket.

The store is clean, the lines quick and the staff were busy around the store. They seem to be low on stock, a consequence of COVID no doubt.
The layout of the store is weird. It doesn't seem logical at all. For example meats as you walk in. And cold things scattered everywhere in the store.

It's a reasonably large Aldi with the older style trolleys and no refit in the past few years, but you know what to expect from an Aldi and this is more of the same.

Update 17 February 2022. It's now had the benefit of a refit (moving to the slightly less intuitive five aisle arrangement. But still unquestionably an ALDI.

Would be so much better if they brought back the frozen Earth Grown vegan and gluten free products (sausages, meat balls, mince etc)!

Trying to buy expressi coffee pods and there is no way of finding out what stores have it in stock without going to the store itself. I have been to two stores in Canberra only to find out they were out of stock and the second store suggested that I travel to all the stores to find what I wanted. Yeah right!
I wouldn’t recommend buying an Aldi coffee pod machine if you can’t buy the pods!

The store was busy, and clean. Staff always friendly.
2nd register opened fairly quickly. Lots of Christmas stock on display.

Downside, there has been a ticket for the fish I buy still on the shelf, but it has now been out of stock for 4 weeks. I looked in another store and same deal, ticketed but no stock. Perhaps remove the ticket until stock becomes available again!

It doesn't get all items of catalogue. You will find that items in Chisholm Aldi in surplus, if you really want something from catalogue.

This store is a shocker for selling meat on its best before day, at full cost. I've been caught out many times. If you are buying any fresh meat or produce here make sure you check the dates
