Alaras Turkish Pide Grill House

This place used to be good, it's now gone to the dogs. Unhygienic, poor quality food and extremely expensive for what it is offering. Can't even call the restaurant either.

Thanks for delivering the pides to my school today. The delivery was prompt and the food was fresh and delicious. The portions were big as well. Thanks a million.

Extremely disappointed, travelling from Sydney ordered Adana Kebab based on good reviews. First of all Restaurant floor and tables were filthy, the guy told us to find a clean table in between. Paid upfront and 5 minutes later Chef told us rice isn’t available and if we can replace it with bread. I asked for the refund and the guy had no idea how to refund to my credit card. Wasted 40 minutes to drive to find Turkish Halal Pide house. Where Staff was very professional with Authentic food.

Paid for take away $70 online as advertised. Shop wasn’t even open. Called multiple times to get a refund. Refused a refund - business blamed the provider - it’s their responsibility to disclose to the online ordering service they engage that the shop is not open. Actually illegal to not provide a refund. Might need to escalate with ACCC.

Food is ok but not special. Service is awful - arrived when the app said food would be ready and it took another 45 mins. The previous time we ordered it was an extra 30 mins and they promised that was a one off. Plus they didn't give us all the food - we'd ordered 6 banquets plus some extras and discovered when we got home that all the bread and most of the vegetarian food was missing. I emailed straight away to request a refund but they refused and said that they did give us the food even though we had multiple other adults to verify they hadnt plus receipts from the local supermarket to show we'd immediately gone out to buy bread and falafel. It's been over a month I've been trying to get a refund and I'm actually going to have to go to small claims court. I repeatedly ordered $250+ worth of food from them in 3 consecutive months so am clearly not a scammer!

Unfortunately restaurant didn’t receive HungryPanda takeaway order, so had to wait another 15 mins. Food was okay, but restaurant was quite dirty with dirty plates on the tables, muddy or sticky floors, and rubbish in the ground. An Uber Eats driver also never had his order received, but was offered a small dish of chips and chicken (but nothing for me unfortunately). Staff were friendly, and hopefully it was just on this occasion, but probably wouldn’t visit again.

We tried Alaras Turkish Pride House for the first time tonight and grabbed the family banquet. We found the food tasty and in generous quantities. We had four different dips and they were all delicious, with different people all having a different favorite dip. Chicken and lamb skewers were nicely charcoaled and well marinated, although I found the koftas a bit spicy. Plenty of bread, dip and pizza left over for lunch tomorrow. Will definitely be back.

The food is fine. Please be careful using the online ordering platform. When I did takeaway through it the restaurant didn't provide part of my meal. They refused a refund as it was through the platform and directed me to the platform, however the platform seems to have been shut down in 2018 and won't communicate with customers. It's not enough to do a chargeback, but enough to be annoying.

The meals were excellent with very generous portions. When its busy the service takes a little longer. There is only a limited eat in area. Its also a BYO.

These people are rip off. Worst customers service and Turkish food ever eaten.
The mam serving in store without asking customer added additional ingredients to the kebab roll and later asked for more money for the kebab roll. Due to cloudy whether when I have asked to be seated inside the restaurant I have been told "don't mess up the tables" never seen such rude behaviour towards the customers.

My first timer in this restaurant. Ordered a Mix grill, grilled fresh and was ready in 15 minutes. Worth the wait. Quantity was good enough.

Ordered a Plain Cheese Pide and got cheese with tomato sauce was a bit weird, wouldn’t recommend.

Very bad service, name is Turkish kebab but it isn’t. Never recommend this place. Most of plate and glasses wasn’t clean

Lovely dishes, beautifully cooked and very tasty.
Wonderful quick service, even though the tables were a bit wonky we enjoyed the alfresco dining.
One of those places with no frills but delicious food and great service.

Alert! This is not a Turkish restaurant! Although the name suggests! The mixed kebab with rice we ordered wasn’t pleasant to eat! The plates and glasses are not washed even, you could see finger prints and hairs all over! We came here to have launch but couldn’t eat the food we ordered! Hygiene is the lowest you could expect!
