ADFA Cafe reviews
9The staff are very friendly but the food tastes like sadness. At least it's cheap, but I've had to throw away multiple meals after just a few bites because it was so bad. Soggy chips and sandwiches and dry, spongy chicken. One of the worst things I had was the gnocchi. Whole olives in there? Why? If you have the time, just go to Majura Park or the other canteen. So disappointing that it's the only option nearby.
Worst coffee and food in all of Canberra. Soggy cold fries. Sadly there’s no other options around the area.
Home to many as a place remuster between lectures, for semi-formal meetings or just general bant. This is the place to get your morning coffee and breaky-wrap, or afternoon Dare Iced-Coffee fix. As long as you avoid cold-coffee man or the swooping magpies you’ll be sure to enjoy your time here as this is AAFCANS at its finest.
The food is so bad. Staff puts in zero effort to improve the menu or the taste. Also they close before 5pm which is very inconvenient. There is no competition on campus so they do the bare minimum necessary.
Coffee was a bit average and burnt. It was also very hot and i couldnt drink it for 15 minutes. Customer service was really good though, which made up for the average coffee.
Staff are friendly but the coffee brand used here is very unforgiving and the approach to making sandwiches is incredibly inconsistent. Very institutionalised which is not a surprise I guess given the location.
Ever since this previouly family-owned cafe was forcibly wrested from its long time owners and handed over to a big corpirate its lost the small community vibe and the coffee has never recovered. Food is quite good.but I haven't had a decent coffee at ADFA cafe for a long time.
Worst Coffee in Canberra. No exceptions. Lucky there is a captive clientele.the staff however are helpful, friendly and professional.
