ACTION Lost Property Office

Piece of advice ***
It would be much better to go digital and tag on/off Myway card using nfc payment/via app not via old physical card. Canberra needs to switch everything to digital instead of outdated inconvenient method.

Staff were extremely helpful with helping me find my lost item. I was so grateful as it saved me a lott of money.

I lost my sets of key. They help me to get my key back. They are so helpful and polite

My son left his sport bag on the 66 bus. He was devastated and so was I. I left a message on the lost property phone no. The school sent an email as well. The following day i was called with great news, items had been found and even better they were delivered back to the school for my son to collect from the front office. THANK YOU for your KINDNESS, COMMUNICATION, EFFICIENCY AND EXCELLENT SERVICE.

You loose something (or your kids do). It possibly finds it's way to the lost property.
You go there.
You identify the item.
You collect it.

Action bus drivers are so honest and nice helpful. I lost various things wallets in particular on action buses. And everytime I was able to find it back from this office. Sorry for my bad habit. But really appreciate your assistance!
