58Regarding recent experiences, I observed instances where the service provided felt basic and lacking professionalism. There were several errors which resulted in inconvenience. I believe addressing these areas would greatly enhance the overall quality of service
I live in Gungahlin but I'd go to woden or belconnen shopfront for services. Some of the officers There think they are better and doesn't understand what good customer service is. I really want to tell them that You are public servants paid by us. So be HUMBLE AND PROFESSIONAL PLEASE.
Submitted my documents for a WWVP check two months ago and am now having to chase it up with Access Canberra on my end because the man behind the counter didn't submit them correctly.
I went to show my ID for the WWVP application and one of the services at counter 4 the Indian lady, (I am not racist, there are many Indians who are just beautiful inside and out), was very rude and very unprofessional, I even scared of her honestly and even gave me back the card, and she threw it at me. We all should treat each other well and respect each other.
I hope my message reaches the manager and that the staff changes her manner and other people don't have a very bad experience like me.
Need to be careful about racist staff or instructors. Please if you can. Specially if they are sick how they can conduct a test. Coughing and sneezing again and again. Very disappointing with the staff. Please access canberra take care of people as well.

Never answer their phone, I was waiting for 3 hours and never got through. How incompetent do you have to be in order to not answer a phone call
The staff that greet you quite rude and unprofessional.
I know you guys get really busy and your kind of work can be stressful, but you dont need to take it out on new customers that come in to resolve their own issues.
The staff are very helpful, but why is this place not open on Saturday?
NSW motor registries are open for four hours on Saturday morning, which makes perfect sense for a government SERVICE. Given the long queue times, it is totally unreasonable that people should be forced to take leave from work just to renew a registration or driver's license. The ACT Government needs to start giving greater value to taxpayers for the staggering rates bills and other government fees that people in the Territory pay.
I hate bureaucracy but the people who work here made my kafkaesque situation a little easier.
Also, my wait time on wednesday morning 9-12am was very short (5 mins).

I have moved from nsw to act recently. I was holding lerner for bike and car. I took a course in upright in queanbean with act address and they said i can get red p from acess canberra if show they proof of address. I took course went to acess canberra. They told me to bring nsw lisense history. I got and went there. They holded me there for almost 1 hour and said they cant transfer then told me to act lerner course and road worthy test which i have already done. I told them that i did that already but thei Don't wanna do once they thought it cant be done. Wastage of money on liscense history and time. They don't cleary sayas at first. Its really terrible
Steve (the dude with the ponytail and bald spot) has to be the rudest and most infantilising public servant I’ve ever come across. I’d be embarrassed to act the way he does in private, let alone in a customer facing job.

Tina is really kind and helpful. Although the other lady who served me before Tina said “You need three forms of IDs” and left. Now I know why the ratings are diverse.
Have to renew my licence. Was greeted by profesional, polite young lady. Was directed to counter 9. Harsh was kind, polite, profesional gentleman with excellent customer service. In 3 minutes all was done. Thank you all who help me.
I didn't face any issues with my visit. The staff were responsive, and I went on a Monday (which said was the busiest day of the week and the website said would take less than 28mins) and my transaction was completed in about 20mins.
The lady with the long hair at the door, she was the most unprofessional person i have ever met! She was so rude, she looked as if she wasn’t interested at helping the customers at all and was forced to do the job. At first i thought she only treated us that way but then I noticed she treated all other people the same, it was horrible! If we didn’t need your help why would we even be there? !
Anyway, we headed towards the person who was going to help us, surprisingly the gentleman who helped us was very kind and helpful. I believe his name was Sahil, he was very patient with us and helped us with all our documents. Thank you again.

These guys are the best staff i have ever seen in my life. They are so helpful and kind. Totally made my day. I recon 110%. Always be respectful and kind to them.
